Paradise Group employs 20 full time staff in our Maintenance Department.  We have a dedicated major contracts team which works closely with the N.T. Governments Department of Infrastructure, Department of Housing and Department of Crown Lands, Defence Housing Australia and various schools as well as a dedicate team working on private residential grounds maintenance.  Our Grounds Maintenance Department works closely with our Landscape Project Managers to undertake the completion of grounds maintenance components of our Landscaping Projects, allowing the Paradise Group to offer a professional  Project Management Service from the beginning of any project all the way through to completion.
