The Company Director, Robert Helberg, has over 46 years’ experience in the Landscaping industry. He is assisted by Alana Boevé, the company’s General Manager, who holds an Associate Diploma in Applied Science - Horticulture and has over 15 years Project Management experience.
 

Robert Helberg is the Owner, Managing Director and Principal Project Manager of Paradise Group. Rob holds a Diploma in Landscaping from Charles Darwin University and has 46 years’ experience in the Landscaping,
Grounds Maintenance and Tree Services industries in Darwin. Born in Darwin, Rob is a true Territorian and has a personal interest in the growth and development of the Top End. Commencing as a small partnership, Rob has built his business into a large and successful company. He has an excellent reputation as a hardworking and honest businessman and is well respected by his clients, staff and subcontractors.
 

Alana Boevé (General Manager) has been with Paradise since 2008. She has developed extensive experience in all areas of Paradise Group operations. She has worked as a Project Manager since 2010, and developed formal qualifications since this time, with a Diploma in Horticulture in 2011, and a Diploma in Project Management in 2014.
 

Alana has developed a strong reputation locally as a Project Manager delivering multimillion dollar projects such as the Sky City Casino Lagoon, The Quarter (Casuarina Square), Menzies School of Health Developments at CDU & RDH, and more recently Larrakeyah Base entry, and John Stokes Square Redevelopment and Nightcliff Police Station.

To ensure the highest possible standards of workmanship are achieved, Management Systems are in place for all projects. These include Quality Assurance schedules for all facets of works, Quality Systems for implementing and maintaining quality practices, Project Risk Management for risk assessments, Environmental Impacts Register for all environmental issues and a Safety Risk Register for health and safety. Paradise Group is CAL accredited.
